AIMRI envisages customized training capsule to maritime corporates in the field of Ship Building, Ship Repair, Project Management,Ship Design, Survey & Inspection etc. These customized capsules will be tailor-made to suit the various Corporate Requirements.Understanding Human Resources as the most valuable and effective asset of any organization, AIMRI trains its products to become true professionals conversant with the employer's policies and industrial ethics. AIMRI, having potential capability & know how, will undertake Visual Media and Graphic Content Generation specific to the organization, as required. Experienced faculty of trainers will equip the trainees to attain necessary professional skill sets that could match the global standards and would add immense quality to training towards effective productivity

 
Industrial Training/Training Duration

There will be 4 hr Classroom Sessions, 4 hr Assignment Sessions and 4hr Practical Training Sessions everyday (6 days / week for 6 months). In addition to this there will be a 6 months industrial training program.To conduct rigorous training on special and important areas, trainers from sponsor companies would also be invited for the students, as and when required.

 
Exam / Re-Exam

The minimum percentage required for a pass is 70%. Those who fail to score the minimum will have to attend a re-examination. Repeated failure/lack of effort may invite special fee for examinations Certification The issue of certificates for the students after completion of the course will be through AIMRI headquarters at Sharjah. The institutewill provide all necessary assistance for the registration of patency for their industrial research works and copyright registration for their creative concepts.

Code Of Conduct

The Code of Conduct is an elaboration of the Aries group Principles of conduct and action and sets out what is expected of the institutes' students.All students are required to adhere to the strict dress codes and grooming guidelines, as well as to any additional guidelines developed and approved for the campus. Exceptions will be permitted for bona fide reasons such as religious/medical. The mode of instruction and communication at the institute will be strictly in English.The importance of cultural awareness education in this global institution include first impression, mixing and mingling, business meetings, body language, grammar faux pas, image tips,job interview skills, and table manners.

 
Attendance

It is imperative that the student attends classes from the day of opening to the last day of each term during the academic year. It is mandatory to complete the registration for every semester on the first day. Students must be regular in attendance for theory & practical classes. In case the attendance falls short of 85% for each, theory & practical term will not be granted, unless and otherwise compensated for, as per the prevailing Institute norms from time to time. Students are expected to take prior approval of the director/ head of the department for remaining absent.Absence without proper approval will invite stringent disciplinary action amounting to termination from the course with no financial recourse.

 
Discipline

The use of drugs/alcohol is prohibited in the campus & the offenders will be dismissed from the institution immediately. The institution expects decent behavior & strict non-violence within the campus & at training centers. Discrimination of any kind in the name of religion/race/country of origin, caste & creed, economical difference, physical disabilities etc. is strictly discouraged.
